Job Title: Software Rotational Engineer

Nature of Job: Full-time, rotational program designed to give new graduates hands-on experience in various software engineering teams within PennyMac. This program offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of software development and contribute to impactful projects: CLoud Platform Engineering, DevOps, Application Development teams: Finance and Enterprise Risk and IT Data Analytics.

Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Specific Skills: Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C++), familiarity with software development methodologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. Interest in DevOps is a plus.
